In Final PreparationOHSBL is moving away from duplicate paper forms. Charter, roster, insurance and tournament administration will use electronic workflows and shared portal data wherever practical.
Replaces the former OHS-01 Charter Affiliation and OHS-02 Consolidated Charter Information forms with one annual charter submission.
Insurance will be handled after final team counts are known rather than through the former paper cost form.
Team registration, official rosters, player eligibility, waivers and team administration are handled through the shared Team & Roster Portal.
Team counts already stored in the portal should drive OHSBL fee calculations rather than requiring charters to re-enter the same information on a form.
