Lorain County and Alliance teams use one shared portal for team registration and official rosters. OHSBL uses that information for eligibility review and tournament administration.

Teams and rosters are created in the shared portal first. OHSBL then uses that approved information for tournament eligibility, setup and administration.

Roster Ready

The team and official roster are already created in the shared portal before OHSBL tournament review begins.

OHSBL Review

OHSBL reviews roster status, eligibility, waivers and any exceptions that affect tournament participation.

Tournament Setup

Approved teams are placed into the correct class and division and prepared for seeding and the tournament draw.

Tournament Operations

Team data supports brackets, scores, advancement and public tournament results.

The shared portal link will be connected here after Alliance access is added and tested for the 2027 season.
