OHSBL 2011 Travel League :: Modify Team Roster

Please use this form to modify an existing Travel League Roster.
This form can be used to add additional players to an existing roster or correct current player information. Select the team name in the Team Name selection box. The Home Field, Email Address and Manager/Coach information is automatically displayed. Any of these items can be corrected.
Required fields are marked with an *. At least one player must be entered before you can submit the information.
The form will not be submitted until all required fields are entered. When Submit is selected, captions of required fields not entered are changed to a bold red font to identify the missing information.
The information entered on this form is emailed to the OHSBL to create your official Travel Team roster. The officla roster will be created as a PDF file that you can download and print from the link on the Travel League main page.
